Private Garden O.

The new replacement building for the single-family house in the agricultural zone retains its scenic character: large meadow areas, individual large trees, three columnar poplars at the entrance gate and a wild fruit hedge surrounding the garden to the street side. Various view axes into the wider surroundings strengthen the unique panoramic position. The area near the house is designed more intensively and with a clearer language of forms.

When constructing a new house to replace the single-family house in an agricultural zone, one major objective was to preserve the landscape-like character of the spacious garden from the 1960s: extensive meadow areas, large individual trees, three Lombardy poplars at the entrance gate, and a wild fruit hedge surrounding the garden toward the street. Various view axes into the wider surroundings were opened up so as to enhance the vista and the unique panoramic position. The area near the house is designed more intensively with a large carport, a swimming pool, and an adjoining area for sitting. Stringently demarcated, with a clear design vocabulary, and with precise walls and hedges, it thus contrasts with the natural meadow areas surrounding it.
