The island-like location in the midst of unspoiled landscape, framed by the Wied and Hammergraben watercourses, holds unique potential for green living for a large number of new residents.The new neighborhood is not intended to be created as a "new counterworld," but rather picks up on and continues the founding idea of Neuwied: the Rasselstein area will become part of an urban, cosmopolitan city in green surroundings and on the water.
